It is a celebration for the promotion of the Valdobbiadenese territory, of the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Docg wine and of the local gastronomy. This is a guided walk through the vineyards and hills to discover the cellars (the “caneve” in dialect) where it is possible to taste Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. of each producer, in combination with the different typical dishes of the Treviso cuisine, taken care of by restaurateurs and pastry chefs of Valdobbiadene and by the Consortiums for the protection of typical products.
A unique opportunity to learn about this land also through dialogue with the inhabitants and the winemakers.
